In an attempt to bring 15th century music to modern audiences, I have endeavored to tell the story of the song with no extra tools. Music from this time period is beautifully poignant, and yet our modern ears sometimes struggle to comprehend the distinctive soundscape that flourished in this time. By using only what the music provides, I hope to act as a guide through an age old story of love and loss.
